I’ve updated you guys a little bit on my summer plans, but I wanted to let you all know how it’s going!
I finished the Burn Phase of ChaLEAN Extreme (I swear, I’ll get that review up ASAP) & I’ll give you a little spoiler: I lost 2.6 lbs, 1.5 inches around my waist, & 2 inches from my hips! I feel stronger & my biceps have gotten bigger… I keep looking down at them & I’m pretty proud! Push Phase started on Monday – & I’m continuing to love it!
Classes started up for me again last Monday. It’s an English 102 class & it turns out we’ll really only have about 6 classes total, so the teacher is making it pretty simple. We get to write about a film of our choice, & the 3 papers we have to write center around the film we choose. I chose “Fed Up”& depending on how my first paper turns out, I may make share it here with you all!
Track Tuesday work-outs started this past Tuesday. Coach had us do a 2 mile time trial (8 laps around the track is so boring) & I was nervous all day! I think all of us were. In the end, I finished in 20:37.. not where I wanted to be, but it gives me something to work on for the summer.
I leave for Florida in 3 weeks! My brother lives in Tampa & I can’t wait to see him & for him to show me around where he lives. It will be a short trip, but it will be a great one regardless!
