First things first, I FEEL BACK on the fitness train. It took me three months to find my motivation but I finally did! I joined up with an accountability partner & I started the Shift Shop program through Beachbody. I’m no longer a Beachbody coach, BUT I recommend this program to anyone! I’ve been working out 4-5 days a week & watching what I eat as best I can & I’ve been feeling a lot better.
The first part of the fall semester ends this Saturday & the second part of the fall semester starts Monday with two new classes (Motivational Aspects of Fitness + Legal Aspects of Sport). I’ll be happy to report I’ll still be holding a 4.0 GPA going into Fall 2 🙂
I want to start writing in here weekly, mostly about health & wellness. I go to school for Wellness + Fitness & I ultimately want to become a health coach so I want to start flexing my knowledge muscles. I want to start writing about a specific topic each week, for example, goal setting, meal planning, tips & tricks, mental health, etc. Please leave in the comments if you want to read about anything in particular! I want to start using the knowledge I’ve been learning to help you guys. I’ve started realizing how NERVOUS & SCARED I am of my dreams! I just want to be helpful, knowledgeable, & GOOD at what I do. I can’t wait to soak up as much experience & schooling that I can so that I can help people.
Work is going just fine – I seem to wear multiple hats which I’m used to. I work with really great people (which hasn’t happened in many years) & I don’t start until 9am which gives me ample time in the morning to work out, eat breakfast, shower, AND catch up on the news while drinking my coffee. Really nice.
I am so lucky to have friends, family & a boyfriend that support my dreams & my busy life.
